Job summary

Food Lion in Maiden, NC is seeking a store associate to provide fast, friendly service and support the To-Go lead in maintaining standards. You will help maximize sales through excellent customer interactions and accurate order handling.

This role requires basic high school education, good communication, and teamwork. You may assist with order pickups, scanning, bagging, and maintaining a neat store environment.

Responsibilities

• Smiles, greets each customer, uses name whenever possible and provides prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.

• Ability to shop multiple customer orders using the designated tools and equipment.
• Notify QA of any cleaning issues or maintenance required for To-Go area and equipment.
• Assist customers picking up orders.
