Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and follow policy.
• Assign fixed activities to Hannaford to Go associates during idle periods.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Ensure return-to-stock items are handled promptly, with priority to perishables.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Bag or package merchandise and store for customer pickup.
• Control usage of store supplies and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist in spills cleanup and safety hazard prevention.
• Be knowledgeable about produce types and varieties.
• Record price discrepancies and request price checks as needed.
• Observe security standards and report abnormal behavior.
• Process all sales transactions according to policies and regulations.
• Secure registers and equipment when unattended.
