Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and follow policy.
• Assign fixed activities to Hannaford to Go associates during idle periods.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision.
• Ensure return-to-stock items are handled promptly, prioritizing perishables.
• Support and comply with all safety standards; report equipment needs.
• Bag or package merchandise for customer pickup.
• Control store supplies usage and waste.
• Assist in cleanup of spills and hazards to prevent accidents.
• Be knowledgeable about produce varieties and pricing.
• Record price discrepancies and items not on file; request price checks.
• Observe security standards and report abnormal behavior.
• Process various sale transactions per policy including cash, checks, and EBT/food stamps.
