• Demonstrated ability to perform Hannaford to Go service tasks.
• Ability to lead and coach others; strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures.
• Assign fixed activities to Hannaford to Go associates during idle periods.
• Ensure that return-to-stock items are handled promptly for perishable items.
• Bag or package merchandise according to policy for customer pickup.
• Record price discrepancies and request price checks promptly.
• Observe security standards and report abnormal behavior.
• Process all sales transactions including cash, checks, and electronic payments.
• Secure registers and store assets at all times.
