Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a dependable Cashier to deliver a warm, efficient take-out experience for To Go guests. You will answer phones, enter orders, and handle payments with accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Maintain cleanliness, support with dessert and beverage prep, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. Ideal candidates have restaurant or hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service setting.
• Familiar with To Go orders or curbside service is a plus.
• Cash handling and basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and by phone for carry-out orders.
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions clearly and warmly.
• Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system.
• Process payments including cash and card transactions with care.
• Pack orders quickly while maintaining accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with dessert finishing, barista tasks, and beverage preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier and take-out areas.
