Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, food service, or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions via POS systems.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Accurately package and prepare to-go and takeout orders for guests and delivery platforms.
• Answer phones and take accurate food orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
• Process payments and manage the to-go station's POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked to-go area throughout each shift.
• Communicate order updates and wait times clearly to guests.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
