Job summary

The To-Go / Dining Expediter at Corso Atlanta coordinates and executes all take-out and to-go dining orders, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and timely delivery or pickup. This role connects the culinary team, dining room, and residents, managing meal tickets and order accuracy while supporting dining room tasks during slower periods.

Responsibilities include expediting food, verifying orders, and maintaining a high level of hospitality and service, whether dining in or taking meals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, server, expeditor, or to-go experience preferred.
• Senior living, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review multiple orders quickly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including lunch and dinner shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all resident and guest take-out, pickup, and to-go orders for assigned dining venues.
• Enter meal orders and meal tickets accurately into the ordering system.
• Review orders for accuracy, including menu selections, modifications, and dietary instructions.
• Communicate clearly with culinary team regarding order details, timing, and special requests.
• Monitor status of to-go orders to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Verify each order against the meal ticket before it leaves the kitchen.
• Ensure food is packaged neatly and securely for take-out or delivery.
• Deliver lunch and dinner to-go meals to designated resident locations as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism and exceptional hospitality during all resident interactions.
