Job summary

The To Go Specialist at R365hire handles to-go and delivery orders from start to finish, taking phone orders, entering them into the POS, processing third party orders, expediting from the kitchen, and collecting payment from guests.

This role requires friendliness and reliability to create a positive first impression while maintaining accurate, timely order flow and coordinating with kitchen staff and team members to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Prior hospitality/food industry experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle to-go and delivery orders from start to finish.
• Take orders by phone and input into POS system.
• Process third-party delivery orders and expedite kitchen orders.
• Take payment and hand off orders to delivery drivers and guests.
• Maintain contact with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure orders are packaged accurately and ready for pickup/delivery.
