Job summary

Thirsty Turtle Seagrill is hiring a To Go Specialist to handle to-go and delivery orders from start to finish. You will take orders by phone, enter them into the POS, manage third-party deliveries, and ensure orders are expedited to drivers and guests accurately and on time.

The role emphasizes friendly, upbeat, and helpful guest interactions, with duties including menu knowledge, sanitation, and coordination with kitchen staff to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Good communication skills are essential for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Take to-go and delivery orders over the phone and in person.

• Maintain contact with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked for the next shift.
