Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to provide fast, accurate service at the Lincolnton, NC store. You will assist the To-Go Lead, ensure orders are prepared with care, and help customers enjoy a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, fulfilling orders, scanning and bagging items, and upholding Food Lion standards. The role requires teamwork, adaptability, and reliable attendance in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers picking up orders and label purchases accurately.
• Scan, bag, and handle items per policy with a courteous attitude.
• Support To-Go area operations and help teammates as needed.
