Job summary

Santa Fe Cattle Co. is seeking a friendly To-Go Specialist to provide warm, accurate service for takeout and curbside pickups. You will take orders, process payments, and help keep the to-go area organized and efficient.

Ideal candidates are upbeat, able to multitask under pressure, and comfortable handling cash and card transactions. Some curbside assistance and teamwork with kitchen staff are expected as part of a fast-paced dining operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience with every interaction—over the phone, online, or curbside.
• Take, confirm, and package to-go orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Handle guest payments, process credit card transactions, and make change when applicable.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized to-go and service areas throughout your shift.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timing.
• Assist with side duties as needed—rolling silverware, running food, or helping with seating.
• Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing duties per company standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the Santa Fe Cattle Co. values of integrity, teamwork, and hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
