Job summary

Tiny Cat Animal Rescue is seeking Community Cat Coordinators to lead our TNVR program and serve as the primary contact for community cat inquiries. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to balance rescue efforts with foster and financial capacity.

Responsibilities include intake triage, coordinating TNVR activities, tracking outcomes, and collaborating with the foster team to educate the community and improve program impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with TNVR, animal rescue, or community cat management preferred but not required.
• Highly organized and responsive; able to manage multiple active cases.
• Strong judgment and ability to assess when to elevate vs. divert.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to community cat inquiries via email, social media, and website.
• Coordinate trapping, spay/neuter, and return efforts.
• Maintain relationships with trappers, clinics, and partners.
• Track TNVR outcomes, including number of cats trapped, sterilized, and returned.
• Present vetted intake recommendations to the Director of Operations.
