Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of work experience, or MBA with relevant experience.
• Significant investment banking experience required (Tech/TMT sector preferred).
• Experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity and debt financing transactions.
• Experience with due-diligence and transaction execution processes.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Valuation methods including DCF, LBO, merger modeling, comps and precedent transactions.
• Experience preparing and maintaining industry/company presentations and benchmarking materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop presentations and reports using industry research, financial models and statistics for TMT clients on strategic alternatives, capital markets activities, equity positioning and governance.
• Perform comprehensive analyses of financial transactions including pro forma mergers, LBOs, listings and financing alternatives.
• Analyze financial statements, projections and models and provide financial advice.
• Support live deal execution in the TMT sector, including due diligence, drafting documents with lawyers, organizing roadshows and liaising with other banks.
• Support client dialogue by liaising with senior bankers and product experts to address financial, market, or economic problems.
• Interact with client management teams and working groups to execute projects and provide updates.
