Job summary

Advanced Psychiatric Group (APG) seeks a TMS Technician & Patient Outreach Coordinator to administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments under physician supervision and lead patient outreach and referral development at our onsite Orlando, FL location.

The role includes coordinating treatment schedules, noting outcomes in Salesforce, and educating patients about APG services while building relationships with physicians and community sources.

Qualifications

• TMS certification required; BrainsWay experience preferred.
• 1 year of patient facing experience in a mental health field preferred.
• Comfortable using EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Genuine interest in healthcare, mental health, and helping others.
• Curious and eager to learn new skills, technology, and clinical processes.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make others feel heard.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS treatments according to protocols and physician direction.
• Prepare patients and equipment and operate TMS equipment safely.
• Monitor patients and communicate concerns to the provider.
• Administer rating scales and document treatments.
• Coordinate treatment schedules and follow up on missed appointments.
• Maintain TMS treatment rooms, equipment, and documentation.
• Provide a professional, compassionate patient experience.
• Follow up with TMS inquiries and referrals.
• Educate patients about APG Health services and assist with scheduling.
