Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support TMS and Spravato treatments across multiple clinics in New Jersey. The role involves administering therapy, assisting with front-office duties, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM or EHR systems preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy for patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer Spravato and TMS therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device and review treatment information with patients.
• Monitor patient safety and document treatment sessions.
• Take vitals and obtain informed consent before treatments.
• Submit REMS monitoring forms after each Spravato session.
• Record session notes and treatment documentation accurately.
• Greet patients warmly and assist with scheduling and payments.
• Assist with basic insurance questions and billing procedures.
