Job summary

The Ross Center in Vienna, VA invites a visionary TMS Director to lead our new Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation service line. This part-time role offers clinical leadership and administrative oversight within a premier self-pay practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification (or board eligibility) in Psychiatry.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry, with an active, unrestricted license to practice in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient suitability for TMS and provide ongoing clinical oversight.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans per evidence-based TMS protocols.
• Lead design, implementation and growth of the TMS service line at the Vienna clinic.
• Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and treatment capacity with clinic staff.
• Provide mentorship and training to clinic staff as the program grows.
• Educate patients and collaborate with referral sources to expand the TMS patient base.
