Qualifications

• 8+ years in PM/ownership or supply chain tech.
• Hands-on enterprise TMS experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations.
• Experience leading Agile product teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TMS capabilities.
• Partner with transportation operations, carriers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and product innovation.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements into features, user stories, and specs.
• Own and manage the TMS backlog, aligning priorities with customer needs and business value.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Drive enhancements across core transportation processes including shipment planning, routing, tendering, execution, tracking, and analytics.
