Job summary

Undocked is seeking an experienced Transportation Management System (TMS) Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise TMS capabilities. You will partner with engineering, logistics operations, and transportation leaders to drive scalable transportation solutions.

You will own the TMS backlog, define success metrics, and communicate progress to executives while collaborating across OMS, WMS, ERP, and 3PL integrations to optimize transport operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management or related field.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and release planning.
• Experience leading TMS implementations or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TMS capabilities.
• Collaborate with transportation operations, carriers, and stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into features and user stories.
• Own and manage the TMS backlog and prioritize work aligned to business value.
• Work with engineering, QA, and deployment teams throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Guide backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release planning.
• Drive enhancements across core transportation processes (planning, routing, tendering, tracking).
• Ensure seamless integrations between TMS and OMS/WMS/ERP/EDI/APIs.
