Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks an Interventional Technician to support TMS Therapy, Esketamine and Ketamine services across our MA clinics with compassionate, high-quality patient care.

This full-time role involves set-up and monitoring of treatments, charting, scheduling coordination, and strict HIPAA compliance at clinics in Auburn, Dedham, Fitchburg, Framingham, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical office experience preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up TMS device and monitor treatment sessions for patient comfort and accuracy.
• Record session notes and superbill by day end.
• Provide compassionate patient care and build rapport with clients.
