Job summary

Mindpath Health is seeking an Interventional Psychiatry Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine treatments in a full-time, onsite role in Coral Springs and Boca Raton, FL. You will support patient care, monitor responses, document sessions, and coordinate follow-up care.

Requires 1+ year of direct patient care, BLS, and EMR experience; TMS certification or training provided. Competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct patient care experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with anxiety and depression patients.
• EMR experience preferred (NextGen/AdvancedMD a plus).
• TMS Certification; training provided within the first 90 days if not already certified.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for TMS and esketamine treatments.
• Administer TMS and assist esketamine per physician protocols.
• Prepare and maintain treatment equipment; ensure comfort and safety.
• Monitor patient responses and report concerns.
• Document sessions in the EHR and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support patient treatment journey.
