You will work in a fully office‑based role, performing filing, document quality checks, cross‑functional communication, and preparation of documents for shipment, contributing to the smooth execution of trials.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Some experience in document administration preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic filing system for trial documentation.
• Track, maintain, and perform quality checks of electronic documents.
• Communicate with internal associates globally regarding errors in trial documents.
• Prepare documents for shipment.
