• Provide coverage during staff shortages, including absences and lunches; lead with coordination for special events.
• Ensure ITS devices are deployed and functioning; monitor and coordinate with teams.
• Mentor, train, and develop TMC personnel; provide timely feedback to sustain high performance and succession planning.
• Coordinate incident response and resource allocation to expedite roadway clearance and safety.
