The TM Receiver is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy to keep inventory shortages at or below store goals and maximize store sales by receiving and shipping freight within a timely manner. The TM Receiver interacts with customers and Team Members, supports selling initiatives, and performs assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role also involves promoting a safe and productive work environment, adhering to safety training and guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

Availability, flexibility, adaptability, and service orientation are essential to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Solutions, Ask for Value, and Appreciate the Customer.
• Perform duties including processing inbound/outbound freight, maintaining inventory, merchandise recovery, participating in freight process, ensuring safety and cleanliness, operating equipment like forklifts and balers, and completing documentation.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required. Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.

Working Conditions

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor work in adverse weather possible.
• Shifts vary, generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Work on hard surfaces; promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Non-sedentary role requiring movement throughout the store and outdoors.
• Ability to operate equipment, lift weights, and perform physical tasks with or without accommodations.
