Job summary

Toyota Logistics Services is hiring a Production Team Member (Track Team Member) in Princeton, Indiana. You will support receiving, processing, and shipping Toyota and Lexus vehicles, and perform post-production option tasks with a focus on safety and quality.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be trained to perform PPO and POE functions, including vehicle movement, inspection, and staging in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Ability to work weekends and mandatory overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle movement and shuttle duties, timely and accurate.
• Assist with Accessories Shop tasks and daily installation prep.
• Rail loading/unloading and moving vehicles to rail yard as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Who we’re looking for

Toyota Logistics Services Vehicle Distribution Center is looking for a highly motivated Production Team Member (Track Team Member).

Reporting to theProduction Manager, Track Team Members will be trained and will be asked to perform all of the various Post Production Option (PPO) functions, as well as any of the Point of Entry (POE) functions. These functions include, but are not limited to: receiving, driving, inspecting, staging, locating, and installing the required post production options to vehicles.

The selected candidate will support the facility in receiving, processing, and shipping Toyota & Lexus vehicles in a timely manner.

What you’ll be doing

• Vehicle movement / Shuttling vehicles timely & accurately in preparation for accessory installations. Edit/add applicable verbiage / tasks.
• Accessories Shop – list out specific accessory install tasks that are performed by TM daily.
• Rail loading/unloading – driving cars from lot to rail yard, other rail car tasks (add KPI metric)
• Safety, quality efficiency - list out daily necessary measures
• Add any other daily tasks that are expected and performed of all team members

What you Bring

18 years of age or older

Possess and maintain a valid Driver License

Ability to work assigned shift and mandatory overtime hours including weekends

Essential functions of the position include but are not limited to: working in and around moving vehicles; occasional twisting, bending, leaning, squatting, stooping, and kneeling; working overhead with arms extended at or above shoulder level; walking on uneven/moving surfaces; an ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work outside in normal and inclement weather conditions
