A Program Leader at a School‑Based Club possesses robust youth development skills rooted in relationships with youth, faculty, and families, complemented by extensive knowledge and experience in the field. They demonstrate the capacity to effectively oversee their department, consistently managing groups of children.
Monday‑Friday, 25 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours during the summer
This role is available at our Bayshore School‑Based Club.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and BGCSF needs. Depending on the need and requirement of the position, an individual could be hired at or near the entry‑level, mid‑level or top‑of‑the‑range for their role and compensation. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $24 – $25.
