You will process documents, administer knowledge tests, and assist commercial clients such as banks and dealerships while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and clerical experience, with formal CDL training for test examiner duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus clerical experience.
• Must complete CDL test examiner trainer course and examination.
• Must complete a nationwide criminal background check including fingerprints.

Responsibilities

• Examines, accepts, prepares, enters and prints documents for licenses, permits, titles and registrations.
• Manages business customer needs such as licensing, insurance issues and verification.
• Processes motor vehicle registration requests and researches suspension inquiries.
• Administers knowledge tests for Class A–CDL licenses.
• Verifies eye screening and reviews applications for fraud to determine license restrictions.
• Handles customer inquiries regarding driver, vehicle, registration, titling and insurance requirements.
