KeySavvy makes it safe and simple to buy and sell cars, RVs, and other vehicles, whether the deal starts on a marketplace, through a dealer, or with a private seller. The Title Team Manager leads the team responsible for the accuracy, speed, and compliance of every vehicle title transaction that moves through KeySavvy. This role owns the full title lifecycle, from verifying incoming titles and processing retitles, to resolving liens and title exceptions, to getting titles into the hands of buyers and lienholders. You'll manage a team of title specialists, set the processes and quality bar they work to, and act as the escalation point when a deal's title work gets complicated. This is a hands-on people-management role for someone who is equally comfortable coaching a team and diving into a messy multi-state lien problem themselves.
The base salary range for this role is $80,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience. KeySavvy also offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and the opportunity to help build core operations at a fast-growing startup.
