Job summary
Acushnet Company is seeking a dynamic Fitting Specialist to join our elite fitting team for the Fresno, Bakersfield, and San Luis Obispo territory. You will deliver cutting-edge club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist activations, helping golfers optimize performance.
As a trusted brand ambassador, you will leverage TrackMan and mobile fitting tech to provide personalized recommendations, coordinate event logistics, and build lasting relationships with golfers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of club fitting experience or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong Titleist or golf equipment knowledge and confident presentation
- Experience using fitting technology such as TrackMan or similar tools
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist activations
- Coordinate event logistics and manage on-site operations for 100–150 events per season
- Provide personalized recommendations and build lasting relationships with golfers in the territory
