Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks a dynamic Fitting Specialist to join our elite team in the Hartford, CT region. You will deliver premier club fitting experiences at consumer events and Titleist activations, using TrackMan and product expertise to guide golfers to optimal equipment choices.

The role supports 100–125 events per season, mainly Tue–Sat, and requires strong customer service, independence, and equipment handling capabilities.

Qualifications

2+ years of club fitting experience with a passion for golf performance and equipment technology.
Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong Titleist golf equipment knowledge with confident presentation abilities.
Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors 5-8 hours daily.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver's License and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist activations.
Support Hartford, CT territory with fitting sessions and event logistics.
Provide personalized recommendations using fitting data and product knowledge.
Coordinate event logistics and build lasting relationships with golfers.
