Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a dynamic Fitting Specialist to join the Titleist fitting team across the Fresno, Bakersfield, and San Luis Obispo territories. You will deliver high-quality club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist activations, using TrackMan and other tools to guide personalized recommendations.

You’ll manage logistics for 100–150 events per season, mostly Tue–Sat, and act as a brand ambassador representing Titleist at outdoor venues with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of club fitting experience.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Valid Driver's License and SSN (as applicable).
• Knowledge of TrackMan fitting technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver club fitting experiences at events and activations.
• Leverage fitting tech to provide recommendations.
• Coordinate event logistics and schedules.
• Build lasting relationships with golfers.
