The role involves drafting and revising title commitments, replying to requests for searches and quotes, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of office admin or insurance industry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• High integrity, self-motivated, detail oriented, and numerate.
• Title insurance agent license within first three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review title commitments and policies.
• Issue commitments and title policies; apply requirements and determine coverage.
• Answer requests for searches, premium quotes, and underwriting questions.
• Receive and apply premium payments, post deposits.
• Prepare and issue revisions and endorsements.
• Compile information for monthly reporting to title companies.
• Maintain underwriting requirements notebook.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
