Job summary

First US Bank in Mobile, AL is seeking a Title Clerk to manage lien filings, titles and UCCs, and collateral documentation for consumer loans originated through the bank's dealer network. You will maintain collateral records, monitor insurance coverage, ensure perfections, and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while delivering strong service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of title and/or UCC processing, collateral administration, or financial services experience preferred.
• General understanding of consumer lending and collateralized loan servicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process lien filings, including titles and UCCs, accurately and within SLAs.
• Monitor collateral documentation for timely receipt and accuracy.
• Maintain Title & UCC Log for accurate collateral tracking.
• Submit monthly reports to Accounting to support GL reconciliation.
• Coordinate replacement titles with dealers and customers for proper lien perfection.
