Qualifications

• Three years of significant and directly-related experience, including one year performing duties similar to those found in a County Assessor Division of the Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk Department.
• Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, supplemented by specialized, technical training in assessment and real property.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California Driver's License.
