Job summary

Right Move Staffing is seeking a Title Search specialist with 3+ years of experience in Full Owner Search (FOS) for California, Texas, and nationwide orders. You will perform Full Search, Current Owner, Two-owner, and 30-year searches, leveraging county recorder portals and paid databases.

Ideal candidates know deeds, liens, and UCC filings, and have experience with DataTree, DataTrace, and TitlePoint. Knowledge of Civil Code and tax processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Title Search operations specific to Full Owner Search (FOS) for California (CA)/Texas (TX) / Nationwide orders.
• Hands-on experience performing Full Search / Current Owner / Two-owner / 30-year searches.
• Familiarity with property laws, recording statutes, and county clerk systems.
• Experience using paid search portals and property databases.
• Strong knowledge of deeds, liens, abstracts of judgment, UCC filings, plates, and tax reports.
• Proficiency in using paid search platforms such as DataTree, DataTrace, TitlePoint, NetROnline, CourthouseDirect, and county recorder portals.
• Strong understanding of property chain-of-title documentation.
• Familiarity with tax portals, property appraiser sites, and FL county recording systems.
• Experience in searches involving HOAs, liens, judgments, and trust deeds
