Qualifications

• 5+ years residential and/or commercial searching experience.
• Indiana Title Producers license can be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Search residential and commercial properties using online and county resources.
• Analyze and evaluate records relating to real estate properties.
• Examine documents such as deeds, mortgages, and liens.
• Determine ownership and encumbrances.
