Ideal candidates have experience in title processing, a notary license (a plus), and strong organizational and communication skills to work with customers, vendors, and staff in a fast-paced automotive setting.

Responsibilities

• Process title and registration documents via Online Registration System
• Process manual title work
• Process out-of-state title work via Title & Registration Agent Service
• Ensure title/registration compliance with state guidelines
• Process accounting entries for titlework
• Analyze, research and reconcile accounts and schedules
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations
• Perform accounting and office duties as assigned
