Job summary

Bobby Rahal Honda of State College is seeking a Detail-oriented Title Specialist to manage title and registration documents, including out-of-state work, within state guidelines. You will process title-related entries and assist with related accounting tasks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, learning dealership software, and professional communication with customers and staff in a Monday–Friday daylight-hours schedule.

Qualifications

• Title work experience required.
• Notary License a plus.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn the dealership software, Google and Microsoft products.
• Team player attitude that takes pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Process title and registration documents via the Online Registration System.
• Process manual title work.
• Process out-of-state title work via a Title & Registration Agent Service.
• Ensure title/registration is timely and within all state guidelines.
• Process accounting entries for titlework.
• Analyze, research and reconcile accounts and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all state and government regulations.
• Perform accounting and office duties as assigned.

Rate of Pay: Based on experience
