Job summary

Park Place Dealerships in Irving, TX is seeking a Title Specialist to ensure an extraordinary client experience by accurately processing titles and registrations. You will verify data, prepare forms, and manage title transactions for both new and pre-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities include submitting to the state RTS system, handling title transfers, payables, and lien payoffs, while maintaining strict adherence to internal controls and the company privacy policy.

Qualifications

• Verifies data, completes state forms, and submits to the state.
• Processes new car & Pre Owned registrations on RTS software system.
• Maintains follow-up on all incoming titles.

Responsibilities

• Verifies data, completes state forms, makes disbursement for taxes and fees, and submits to the state
• Processes new car & Pre Owned registrations on RTS software system
• Processes pre-owned vehicle title transfers
• Prepares and distributes registration and license plate envelopes
• Maintains follow-up on all incoming titles
• Maintains and reconciles schedules for tax, title and license payable and lien payoffs
• Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller
• Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements
• Attends weekly department meetings
