What You'll Do

Lead Hybrid AI-Human Production Operations

• Manage hybrid workflows combining Dono's AI platform with human verification
• Drive production metrics: turnaround times, accuracy rates, and cost efficiency
• Establish SLAs for AI-assisted title searches, examinations, and commitments
• Balance automation with human oversight for quality and compliance

Build and Scale Production Capabilities

• Develop training for staff transitioning to AI-assisted workflows
• Create standardized processes for hybrid AI-human production
• Manage vendor relationships while building internal AI capabilities
• Implement quality control systems leveraging automation and expertise

Drive Operational Excellence

• Monitor and optimize AI model performance in production
• Establish feedback loops between production teams and product development
• Manage multi-state operations with varying data quality
• Ensure compliance with state-specific statutes and requirements

What You Bring

• 7+ years in title and settlement industry with multi-state experience
• 3+ years managing high-volume production teams (200+ orders/week minimum)
• Hands-on experience with title searching, examination, and commitment preparation
• Proven track record managing remote and offshore production operations
• Deep understanding of title plants, online search platforms, and county data sources

Technology and Process Management

• Experience implementing new technology in traditional title workflows
• Comfort with automated decisioning tools and production management systems
• Ability to train teams on new platforms while maintaining quality and speed
• Experience with data-driven performance management

Leadership and Operational Skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage change in established production environments
• Experience balancing speed with accuracy in high-pressure environments
• Strong analytical skills for workflow optimization and automation opportunities
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration
