Job description

Job Title: Manager of Design Production - Digital

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

ARMRA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm EST

About ARMRA: ARMRA was born from a near-fatal health crisis that forced its Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarah Rahal, to uncover what modern life has stolen. As a pediatric neurologist, she turned to exhaustive research and ancient wisdom to find a solution—not just for herself, but for the growing health crisis affecting us all. Your body isn’t broken—it’s brilliantly designed for strength, resilience, and vitality. But the modern world scrambles the signal, disconnecting you from the intelligence encoded within. ARMRA Colostrum is nature’s original blueprint with 400+ bioactive nutrients that restore what modern life strips away. It works at the cellular level to remind your body of its original code and reawaken its innate intelligence—so you can reclaim your birthright to thrive.

Who We Are

  • Builders, not passengers – We take ownership, thrive on momentum, and embrace challenges.
  • Resilient and resourceful – We find a way forward, even when the answer isn’t obvious.
  • Mission-driven – We believe in what we’re building and are passionate about making an impact.
  • Direct and constructive – Feedback is a gift, and we embrace it in order to grow.

Who We Are Not

  • Performative – We don’t play games, manipulate optics, or curate an image for external approval.
  • Entitled – We don’t expect rewards without contribution.
  • Clock punchers – We don’t attract those looking for just a "job"; we seek individuals who want to build careers, take ownership, and find joy in their work every day.

The Role: ARMRA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager of Digital Design Production to oversee the development, execution, and delivery of high-quality digital assets across our brand ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of creative direction and operational excellence—owning the workflow, quality control, and on-time delivery of all digital design work across email, web, paid media, and social. You'll collaborate closely with the brand, growth, and eCommerce teams to bring marketing campaigns to life through pixel-perfect creative execution.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced production leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on ensuring consistency and managing a high volume of cross-channel design output with a sharp eye and a calm hand.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Production Oversight

  • Manage the end-to-end digital design production process, from intake to delivery, ensuring assets are aligned with brand standards and delivered on schedule.
  • Oversee and execute design production for website graphics, landing pages, paid media, social posts, emails, and product campaigns.
  • Maintain consistency and technical accuracy across all visual touchpoints—including sizing, format, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.

Team Leadership & Workflow Management

  • Supervise a small team of digital designers and freelancers; delegate tasks, review work, and provide feedback to uphold creative standards.
  • Build and optimize production workflows, task-tracking systems, and creative calendars to improve speed and efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize deliverables and ensure the design team meets deadlines for launches and campaigns.
  • Translate creative briefs and campaign concepts into high-performing digital assets for eComm, email, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
  • Support the Growth and CX teams with asset variations for A/B testing, localization, and seasonal refreshes.
  • Ensure all assets are tailored to platform-specific specs and performance best practices (file size, ratios, text safety, etc.).

Brand Consistency & Innovation

  • Enforce brand guidelines across all digital outputs, ensuring visual cohesion while identifying opportunities to evolve and modernize.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to implement new design formats, templates, and scalable systems.

Tooling, QA & Process Improvement

  • Manage file libraries, asset naming conventions, and archival systems to ensure asset discoverability and version control.
  • Implement QA processes to catch issues in creative files before delivery.
  • Stay current with design tools, trends, and automation platforms that could enhance design operations and output.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital design and production, preferably in CPG, eCommerce, or wellness industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools like Asana or Airtable.
  • Deep knowledge of platform specs and best practices for web, email, paid social, and mobile-responsive design.
  • Experience managing design projects across high-volume asset pipelines with tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; calm under pressure and highly organized.
  • Experience leading or mentoring designers and freelancers in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for systems, workflows, and optimizing how creative work gets done—without sacrificing quality or creativity.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, ancestry, sex, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or other characteristics.
