The role focuses on securing documents to transfer vehicle title ownership, communicating with customers and owners, and ensuring compliance with state requirements. You will process titlework, manage customer inquiries, and support internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of state/national title processing experience.
• Knowledge of title and salvage title requirements.
• Experience maintaining customer databases.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in a typical field office environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation for title-related tasks.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states.
• Stay up to date on title regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Handle mail, email, phone, and direct customer contact.
• Enter information from titles into the IAA operating system.
• Assist with other office functions as needed.
• Report policy violations and protect customer information.
