You will compile documents, communicate with customers, resolve discrepancies, and handle inquiries while ensuring compliance with state requirements. Typical duties include processing titles, entering data into the IAA system, and staying current with title/salvage laws across states.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years state/national title processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers.
• Process salvage titles from multiple states and prepare for sale.
• Stay updated on title regulations across states.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to partners.
• Enter information from titles into the IAA operating system.
