Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, patience, and teamwork. Familiarity with educational technology and ability to work with students with diverse needs is preferred; part-time

• Experience with children in educational or childcare settings is desirable.

• Availability to work part-time during school hours.

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional help in various subjects.
• Monitor and document student progress, behavior, and engagement, reporting any concerns to the supervising teacher.
• Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assist with classroom management and organization, including preparation of instructional materials and resources.
• Support students in developing social skills and positive behaviors.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt lessons and strategies for students with special needs.

Requirements
