Job summary

Independence Title in Austin, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an experienced Title Officer to support residential and commercial real estate transactions. You will research real estate documents and district court actions, communicate with escrow staff and underwriting attorneys, and apply title guidelines to determine insurability.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in title insurance, excellent written and verbal communication, and a detail-oriented,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in the title insurance business.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to multi-task and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proficient on computer and comfortable with technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
