• Winston-Salem network or the drive to build one.

Responsibilities

• Keep leadership honest with numbers they can act on.
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls.
• Improve mentoring processes that are no longer effective.
• Onboard, mentor and guide newer team members as needed.
• Support daily operations at the Winston-Salem site and keep workflows moving.
• Protect customer experience through Persuasion changes.
• Maintain accurate NC reporting to guide decisions.
