Job summary

TRIUMPH in Forest, OH is seeking an experienced NDT Level III Inspector to lead the company\'s nondestructive testing program. You will develop and maintain procedures, certify personnel, and provide technical leadership to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Current and valid NDT Level III certification in at least one method, per ASNT SNT‑TC‑1A, NAS‑410, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NDT, including substantial Level II/III responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit NDT operations, ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and customer requirements.
• Review and approve NDT techniques, equipment, materials, and process changes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to inspection methods and equipment.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of NDT equipment.
• Support Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams by providing expert oversight of inspection needs.

Position Summary

The NDT Level III is responsible for developing, directing, and maintaining the company’s Nondestructive Testing programs in accordance with applicable standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role provides technical leadership, oversees qualification of NDT personnel, and ensures compliance and effectiveness of all inspection processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Level III certification in multiple NDT methods.

• Experience within aerospace, defense, or similar industries.
• Familiarity with digital inspection technologies and automated NDT systems.
