Godot Consulting Group is seeking a Sr Commercial Escrow Officer for its Houston-area title insurance operations. The role focuses on establishing commercial accounts, maintaining escrow records, and managing a diversified portfolio of commercial clients and brokers.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in commercial escrow and can navigate multi-state, multi-site transactions, with strong organization, analytical, and customer-service skills. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Commercial Escrow experience required.
• Ability to learn and leverage modern title production procedures and technology.

Responsibilities

• Establish new commercial accounts.
• Maintain escrow records and act as escrow agent.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial customers and brokers; develop referrals.
• Maintain records in escrow accounting system and customer database.
• Review escrow reports against records for accuracy.
• Capable of handling multi-state and multi-site transactions.
