Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Administration, or related field.
• North Carolina Professional Educator's License or eligibility.
• Three years of experience as a teacher or administrator in an elementary school.
• Ability to lead Title I programs and provide professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for development and implementation of Title I program activities in low performing Title I schools.
• Supports Title I Schoolwide planning and data analysis for improvement.
• Designs and delivers professional development for instructional coaches and school leadership.
• Collaborates with district staff and community partners on program initiatives and evaluation.
• Remains current on federal/state Title I regulations and accountability measures.
• Participates in staff recruitment, selection, and supervision.
