The Queen City Academy Charter School Inc is seeking a Title I Teacher who will drive targeted support, track student progress, and partner with teachers and families to ensure vulnerable scholars succeed. The role emphasizes data-informed planning and strong collaboration to close gaps and foster learning.

You will design interventions, review assessment data, and maintain student records in a culturally responsive school that serves K-12 students in Plainfield, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and appropriate certification, including Special Education endorsement.
• Valid New Jersey certificate or Praxis tests passed prior to employment.
• Strong communication with parents and scholars.
• Team player with high expectations and knowledge of child development.

Responsibilities

• Design targeted support and monitor progress for Title I scholars.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to ensure vulnerable scholars receive needed resources.
• Track and report progress, maintain accurate student records.
• Create parent workshops and solid data analytics to guide instruction.
