Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements for Title I paraprofessional.
• Experience in a school or with school-age children is preferred.
• Knowledge of and ability to support reading, writing, and mathematics instruction.
• Ability to navigate educational and school-related technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess student abilities and provide instructional assistance for students in need of intervention through 1:1 or small-group workshops.
• Commit to educating the whole student—academically, morally, and socially.
• Implement result-driven curriculum to achieve growth from fall to spring testing.
• Attend professional development and articulation meetings with teachers and parents as required.
